Kidspiration
The children
used Kidspiration as a medium to extend their Zoo School research
projects. By using Kidspiration, students were able to represent
their knowledge of animals and to show their
parents the skills they were acquiring with technology. They needed
to open the program, find the software, open their file, select
images of reptiles and mammal, paste these images on the proper
side. In addition, they needed to select and past a text box to
write in three facts about each the mammal and the reptile. It was a complex process
fully completed by the children through adult support and guidance. |
